About Howard Ro(d)ger Kirkham

Howard Ro(d)ger Kirkham is a first-time author, environmentalist, and proud grandfather residing in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada with his wife, Val Kirkham. With a deep passion for climate advocacy, Howard has dedicated much of his life to raising awareness about global environmental challenges. He can often be found meandering through his favorite temperate coastal rainforest bordering the Salish Sea. His debut book, Polar Bears and Dirty Diapers, combines his experiences as a grandfather and his love of poetry and vegatarianism with his commitment to addressing the urgent issue of climate change. Through his writing, he hopes to inspire others to take meaningful action for the sake of future generations.
